Return Policy

For customized orders

Dedoes Innovative Manufacturing produces sheet metal fabricated parts according to customer drawings and specifications. We produce these parts only when we have a purchase order. Since each order is customer specific and we have no other market to sell those items, Dedoes Innovative Manufacturing cannot accept returned items unless the parts do not conform to customer specifications. If that should occur, Dedoes Innovative Manufacturing will rework or replace the nonconforming parts. Please contact us prior to returning parts. Once we receive the items, we will notify you how and when we will provide parts that meet your specifications.

For non-customized orders

As the designer and manufacturer of all our products we take great pride in our work. We are confident that you will be more than satisfied with your purchase. But, if you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange. Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type, minus a 10% restocking fee. Absolutely no returns after 30 days. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
